Abstract
The analysis of four documents led us to update ideas for the de- velopment of new projects of industrial products. Combining theories about the creative economy and the design for sustainable industrial products, it was perceived new uses for composite material based on piassava fiber and castor oil, to be applied in different handmade objects, aiming at sustainable industrial manufacturing for new artifacts for domestic use.
